Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy
Welcome to a 3D Sound Immersion Rest - Retune - Rebalance.
This solo experience is done in a private room and is a container for introspection, relaxation and exploration. Make your self comfortable on our sound lounge. Embedded with transducers, the speakers produce low-frequency vibrations that are synchronised with purposefully composed frequencies.
The vibrations are transmitted through the body and ears, stimulating the vagus nerve, the sensory nervous system and inducing a deep sense of relaxation.The vibrations also have a massaging effect on the body, promoting improved blood circulation and lymphatic flow, decreased inflammation and pain relief. Additionally, the combination of sound and vibration can help entrain brainwave activity, leading to a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Your tracks are selected and tailored to your personal goals and needs. Tracks for Physical Healing, Emotional Balancing, Spiritual Activations, Mental Soothing and unique guided meditations are all available.
On Arrival, there will be space to discuss and prepare for your session and enjoy a herbal tea. You will be exposed to a curated selection of tracks. On completion of your tracks you will be allowed space to ground and journal your experience over tea, while maintaining a quiet introspection without interruption in our reception lounge for as long as you need.
Drink Tonic and Snack provided CONTRAINDICATIONS:The Sound Lounge and Vibroacoustic Therapy is not recommended for those with severe and chronic mental illness, for those who use a pacemaker, those going through chemotherapy and for the duration of pregnancy.
